Thompson and the state seal of Wisconsin on black barrel in white. Thompson was Governor of Wisconsin from 1987-2001 and US Secretary of HHS from 2001-2005. How appropriate for Thompson to have these pens made right in the state of Wisconsin at Parker Pen in Janesville!  Black barrel, matte steel cap, bright steel barrel end and arrow clip. Uses current production Parker roller ball refills, fresh refill included.   Measures 5 1/8 inches long.  Excellent condition. (1 avail)
